It has exceptionally helpful staff especially at the reception desk. The location is best possible, 1 mile from a cobblestone street. It is also a short walk to restaurants and bars. Rooftop restaurant is terrific for breakfast.  

Wonderful base for 3 nights with very welcoming staff especially at the reception desk. Great and incredible location, close to bars and restaurants. Plus, within walking distance of Museum of Innocence.  

The rooms are new-fashioned and spotless and complete with separate shower, large marble bathroom and coffee. Also, the location is marvellous and fantastic, minutes from a cobblestone street.

Stylish and peaceful hotel in a very quite area close to Nicole's restaurant and many interesting shops. Overall tasty and wonderful breakfast with fresh orange juice and amazing views and the nicest yogurt and exceptional service.

We ate at a super restaurant for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was amazing, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect - close to the center of the 

the staff were exceptionally helpful and the rooms were very comfortable

perhaps greater clarity re pricing of items in minibar (ie currency)

I enjoyed breakfast but wish they offered more variety. After several days of eating the same thing, it became very monotonous.

Dinner wasn’t very good. The portions were small and the menu didn’t offer much variety.

It is a peaceful and chic hotel with amazing view on the horizon. A michelin-starred restaurant has fantastic meals.

Recently stayed at Tomtom Suites for a pleasant 3-day trip. Attentive and accommodating front desk staff, quiet location with no street noise, spacious and comfortable room with Jacuzzi tub, panoramic view of the Golden Horn and the Sea of Marmora 

Had a brilliant stay for 13 nights at TomTom Suites, no complaints whatsoever. Its location was central, 800 feet from Museum of Innocence. Was in an interesting area and a short walk to restaurants and bars.  

The room was very big, Bathroom was great, and they take care f all small things.

Location is strange, not all taxi drivers can reach it.
